Indeed, quoting from the poem:
"words can be moody", but here one can clearly see that it's not always the case.
Breaking it in two stanzas, where one is longer and the other short and snappy is quite ingenious, and that is a big plus, as it reflects the message of the poem very well. And of course the last line not only brings a bit of dark humor into the whole composition (in an antithesis way) but it also makes one to think "what bout silence?" and that is something each of the readers will have to answer in his own time.

There is a clear message which the poem sends, and the message is received loud and clear.
